Those absurdly big moving surfaces are making our lives easier in many different ways. They help us to effortlessly leave our garage, effortlessly get into our garage and quite often get directly into our home. Great number of people tends to use their garage door as their main home entrances as opposed to their front doors. Now this is a very common and frequent practice and in fact if you go around your neighborhood and try to ask how many of your neighbors have tendency to enter their home through their garages you would probably remained surprised. One negative thing related to this type of behavior is the fact that people quite leave their garage doors unlocked. Now different garage door types have different locking systems and while some garage door will automatically lock once they close behind you the others will not. No matter how great it would be to have such a polite intruders over to our home which would just try our front door and once they would discover the same to be locked they would leave, we still cannot take our chance and for this reason it is absolutely necessary we make sure our garage doors are properly closed and locked at all times.

Another thing you should be very careful when it comes to your garage door is whereabouts your garage door clickers. Garage door clickers and children are combination that doesn’t go very well together and also one that for some reason children insist on. Make sure your child never plays around your garage and especially garage door in motion, make sure your child is nowhere near your car or garage door when you leave or enter the garage, make sure you child cannot reach your garage door security button as well as he/ she cannot get hold of your garage door clicker.
